In late spring we purchase small feeder pigs which then spend the summer foraging through our pastures and oak grove. In the early fall they are finished on acorns and non-medicated pig feed, giving the meat a slightly sweet nutty flavor. Our pork is lean and flavorful, a customer favorite! We are currently taking orders for 2009 and encourage you to reserve your pork as soon as possible as we sell out early. Available in whole and halves.
